If you have applied in the past and have received an application from the State of Kansas, please note you will have a KDWP number, be sure to fill in this section on your new application. Completely fill out all of your personal information. You must sign and date the application. If you are paying by credit card, be sure to fill out this section and this section MUST BE SIGNED!

If you are applying for an Archery Permit, on the right hand side of the application under the ARCHERY SECTION, write a 1 in the box for Unit A3.

If you are applying for a Muzzleloader or Rifle Permit, under the FIREARMS SECTION, write a 1 in the box for Unit 8.

ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE FAXED OR POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN MAY 31ST. Any parties applying with the BUDDY SYSTEM, are allowed up to 5 applicants in a party. If you are using the buddy system, all applications must be faxed or mailed together. Please mark the number of applicants in the box stating GROUP HUNT APPLICATIONS. If there is an applicant that has a greater number of preference points, the buddy system will go to the applicant with the lowest number of preference points. It is not recommended to apply in a buddy system if an applicant has a greater number of preference points.
